APPLICATION FOR NEW LIFE MEMBERSHIP
Eligibility Criteria:
1.Persons over the age of 21 years having at least a Master’s degree in Science or a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology, with two years experience in Academia/Research/Industry.2.Residency in Kerala or southern Tamil Nadu (Kanyakumari or Tirunelveli districts)
Fee: Rs.10,000 6,000/-, a one-time payment for life membership will enable candidate memberships to both ISHMT and ISHMT-RCT.
Payment shall be made in favor of ISHMT-Regional Chapter, Trivandrum

1.All fields in the form must be filled in, and photo and signature uploads are compulsory for a successful submission of the application.
2.Upon successful submission, a "Registered successfully" notification will appear on the top of the page. An email acknowledgment will be sent within 10 days from the date of receipt of application.
3.The membership card will be issued by ISHMT HQ at IIT Madras.
4.The discounted rate is for a limited period, and is applicable only until December 20, 2024.
